License Agreement

1. Grant of License

DJJustInBusiness ("Licensor") grants the subscriber ("Licensee") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to publicly perform the DJ-crafted music mixes ("Content") in the specific location(s) listed in the License Certificate, during the subscription period.

2. Scope of Use

The license permits:

• Background music playback in the licensed commercial space(s) during normal operating hours
• Use of zone-specific mix profiles as assigned by DJJustInBusiness
• Continuous playback via approved streaming or local playback methods

The license does NOT permit:

• Redistribution, sharing, or resale of the Content to any third party
• Use in non-licensed locations, events, or venues
• Recording, re-broadcasting, or streaming the Content publicly
• Modification, remixing, or extraction of individual tracks
• Use in advertising, film, TV, or any commercial production
• Transfer of the license to another party without written consent

3. Royalty-Free Status

All Content provided under this license is 100% royalty-free. No additional performance fees, mechanical royalties, or public broadcasting fees (including but not limited to AKM, GEMA, or equivalent collecting society levies) are payable by the Licensee for the licensed use described herein. DJJustInBusiness assumes full responsibility for all underlying rights clearance.

4. Term & Renewal

The license is valid for the duration of the active subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. The license terminates immediately upon cancellation, non-payment, or material breach of this Agreement.

5. License Certificate

Each subscription includes a License Certificate identifying the licensed location(s), subscription tier, and validity period. The Certificate must be made available upon request by any relevant authority or collecting society. The Certificate is not transferable.

6. Compliance

The Licensee agrees to:

• Play the Content only in the licensed location(s)
• Not use the Content for any purpose outside the scope of this Agreement
• Notify DJJustInBusiness of any change to the licensed location(s)
• Cooperate in good faith if a rights inquiry is received

7. Warranties

DJJustInBusiness warrants that it holds all necessary rights and clearances for the Content and that the license granted herein does not infringe any third-party rights. The Content is provided "as is" with respect to audio quality and suitability for specific zones.

8. Indemnification

The Licensee agrees to indemnify DJJustInBusiness against any claims arising from use of the Content outside the scope of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Austria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.
