1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by DJJustInBusiness ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.
2. Description of Services
DJJustInBusiness provides royalty-free, DJ-crafted background music mixes for hospitality environments including hotels, spas, restaurants, bars, gyms, rooftops, and wellness centers. Services include:
- Monthly updated catalog of professionally mixed DJ sets
- BPM- and key-matched transitions tailored to specific zones
- Commercial license certificate for each licensed location
- Optional custom zone assignment and setup services
3. Subscription & Payment
Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is per location and varies by tier (Standard, Premium, Exclusive Custom). Setup fees, where applicable, are charged once at activation. All payments are non-refundable except as required by EU consumer law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 14 days before the renewal date.
4. License Scope
Your license covers the specific location(s) listed in your license certificate. The music may be played exclusively in the licensed commercial space(s) during operating hours. Redistribution, resale, re-broadcast, or use in any other form is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
All music content, mixes, and related materials remain the exclusive property of DJJustInBusiness. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the music in your licensed location(s) for the duration of your subscription.
6. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon termination, all rights to play the music cease immediately. We reserve the right to terminate service for non-payment or breach of these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
DJJustInBusiness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.
